While teaching a hands-on composite course in Vancouver Canada I watched a man in the next teaching area fitting loupes. At a break, I went over and asked why I would switch from the loupe I was wearing, to which he inquired, “Do you have neck pain?” That was the start of a great relationship based on Dr. Jin Chang’s company SurgiTel delivering me from the pain I had caused by the loupes I was wearing creating an improper head tilt. Dr. Chang fitted me with his unique flip-up design, and my pain went to zero. I credit his unique designs with giving me another 20 years of practice.
